Each year, Experience Gold Coast supports recent graduates through a city-wide graduate program designed to fast track their personal development skills. Coordinated as a series of workshops, the Kickstart Graduate Program provides practical and engaging learning to help graduates understand Manager expectations and the needs of local businesses so that they can be highly effective in their role and add value to the workplace.
