About Josh

Josh firstly is a proud and passionate Southern Gold Coast local that has lived abroad, yet always appreciates and recognises where he is from and wants to contribute to the local community.

A 16 year career that spans across multiple sectors of Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Construction, his corporate roles have included Commercial, Business Development, Major Project Bid Management, Marketing and Strategy positions for both large multinational Tier 1 organisations as well as family owned and operated businesses.

Josh's current role is Group Business Strategy and Development Manager for proud Gold Coast family owned company the SEE Group, which has provided him the exciting career opportunity to oversee the business strategy across the organisation and subsidiary businesses SEE Civil and Quarry Solutions. Josh's ability to build meaningful long term relationships for the SEE Group across a diverse range of clients and sectors enables him to achieve a sustainable and profitable revenue stream for the Group's businesses, whilst also supporting and empowering career development opportunities for his team and colleagues.

Josh's collaborative leadership qualities positions himself as an integral member of the Senior Management Team at SEE Group. He continues to successfully lead both the client engagement and project win strategies to secure project delivery opportunities in both existing and new industry sectors for the SEE Group, including Major Infrastructure and Urban Development, Rail, Road, Mining, Water, Defence, Renewable Energy and Aviation.

Josh is a strategic thinker who consistently seeks to improve and challenge himself and his team. His ability to develop and implement initiatives that are collaborative, robust and innovative enables the achievement of "best for project outcomes", benefiting the SEE Group's clients and their stakeholders.
