As President of the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce, Zac has led a bold renewal of the organisation including implementing the Chamber’s first three year direction and restructure of the formal strategic plan, modernising its governance structures, and expanding its influence across all levels of government, industry, and community. He has also introduced new financial management, risk, and compliance measures, including the Chamber’s first structured budget and the appointment of its inaugural Honorary Legal and Governance Advisor. Zac’s experience spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He has served on numerous boards and committees, including as Founding President of the Rotary Club of Koala Lovers, Chair of Business Chamber Queensland’s Regional Policy Committee, and member of multiple cross-sector working groups. His leadership is marked by a commitment to inclusive economic growth, practical policy reform, and creating long-term, collaborative partnerships. Professionally, Zac is an executive leader and co-founder of Gold Coast Cleans, a multi-site commercial services business recognised for its operational rigour and people-first culture. Under his direction, the business expanded across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers, built strong public and private sector partnerships, and established a reputation for service excellence and team empowerment. Zac brings deep capability in strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management. Whether leading strategic planning processes, advocating for regional infrastructure, or mentoring emerging leaders, he is known for bringing clarity, energy, and integrity to every role he holds. Through his leadership, Zac continues to champion a more connected, confident, and future-focused Southern Gold Coast. |
