Business Mental Health Education – Delivered by LIVIN
Earlier this year, the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce was successful in applying for a Chamber Wellness Fund Grant from the Queensland State Government. As a result, we are proud to be offering our Chamber constituents the opportunity to attend one of these FREE sessions facilitated by LIVIN. One session will be held each month over September, October, and November 2023.
Each 45 minute program has been specifically designed to educate workplace participants on a range of issues related to mental health, with an emphasis on breaking the stigma of mental health and encouraging help-seeking behaviour. It is delivered by experienced, highly relatable and carefully selected facilitators that have a blend of lived experience and mental health training. The LIVINWell program is appropriate for all audiences and tailored to meet the unique needs of all people. When delivered privately, LIVINWell sessions cost from $1,500 per session for up to 30 staff, so this opportunity is one not to be missed! We encourage you and your team (of up to 5 registered attendees for each session) to attend.

Your facilitator:
Kirby Sefo - LIVINWell Progam Facilitator
Kirby is a passionate mental health advocate and is committed to investing time into LIVIN, as a testimony to her own mental health journey, as well as loved ones lost through the battles of mental illness. She is a former Australian Sevens and XVs player and represented the Queensland Reds in Brisbane for over 10 years. Kirby continues to enjoy an active lifestyle and loves being down at the beach either surfing or catching up friends. She enjoys being able to spend her time with her closest friends and family and most importantly as a new Mum to her daughter.
