Kylie specialises in building people frameworks for SMBs, from contract and policy development to job descriptions, employee handbooks, and strategic advice. Greg Arnold, Principal Consultant - Effective Workplace Solutions

Greg is the driving force behind Effective Workplace Solutions. His vision to create a bespoke HR & Employment Law Consultancy representing employers was born from his years of working in the HR, IR & Employment Law sphere across many industries including the building and construction industry, engineering, newspapers and publishing, food processing and the hospitality sector, and his knowledge, expertise, & tenacity has seen EWS thrive and continue to grow over the past 9 years. He has represented employers in hundreds of unfair dismissal matters, provided advice and negotiated many enterprise agreements across a broad range of industries. Greg has a degree in Industrial Relations, has WH&S qualifications and is a trained Mediator and Workplace Investigator. His extensive experience in the industry has created his belief that the strategic approach to industrial relations is the best way to ensure that businesses reduce the risk and exposure to industrial disputation and prosecution.
