Starting on 3 November and running through 1 December, Burleigh Sunday Sounds invites everyone to grab a picnic blanket and enjoy performances from talented local artists every Sunday afternoon in Memorial Park from 2pm to 5pm, all while supporting local Burleigh Heads businesses.

 

The event follows the success of the Burleigh bEATS 2024 street festival, which provided a much-needed economic boost to the area. Local businesses are excited about this new initiative, which aims to elevate the Sunday afternoon atmosphere attract additional foot traffic to the James Street precinct. This initiative not only connects the community but also supports local traders, making it a win-win for both residents and businesses.

 

In addition to live music, attendees can explore a local food trail map featuring 70 excellent eateries within walking distance of Memorial Park.
