As part of Volunteer Week, the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce (SGCCC) board members, in collaboration with Volunteering Gold Coast, joined forces to support the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood’s urgent call for blood donations. On May 20th, our dedicated board members stepped up to the challenge, showcasing their community spirit by contributing to this vital cause.
A Lifesaving Effort
With blood reserves at critically low levels, the need for donations is more pressing than ever. Lifeblood requires 1,200 donations daily to meet patient needs across the country. Our board members’ contributions on this significant day resulted in saving 15 lives, marking a remarkable achievement in our ongoing commitment to community support.
Join Us in Making a Difference
We invite all members and the wider community to join our donation efforts. Your participation can make a tremendous impact.
