Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary wins Silver at 2021 Australian Tourism Awards!

After taking out the Queensland Award last year, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has walked away with silver in the best Major Tourism Attraction in the country at the 2021 Australian Tourism Awards.

Up against six other World Class attractions including the likes of Adelaide Zoo and Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary stood out at the event, which was held on the Sunshine Coast on Friday March 18.

“This is a huge honour for Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, after a challenging couple of years. Our team continues to work tirelessly to produce an amazing and iconic Gold Coast experience, while also working towards Conservation and Education. We look forward to the next few years and welcoming back tourists from all over the World” Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary General Manager, Michael Kelly.
