We are experiencing all kinds of hurdles from delays with delivery of products, to longer waits to be served and capacity limitations due to the COVID-19 restrictions but that doesn’t put constraints on the quality of service we can deliver. If anything, it can put pressure on the expectation from our customers to be provided with something extra.

The team believe that customer engagement is always hard but trying to cut through the noise and have meaningful interactions is probably the single most challenging aspect for all businesses at the moment. While it's always great to get a positive and glowing review, it's the ones that are somewhat negative that present the greatest opportunity for retailers and businesses to capture a customer for life. The Focus Plus Service Auditors are focused on capturing this opportunity and say that as automated as the world appears to be heading, the personal interactions we have determine where we want to spend our time and money, and the more pleasant that is, the more likely we are to do both again & again.
