Since 2013, Jim Wilson (Principal) has been leading the team. Jim believes that the single biggest challenge presented by COVID is yet to come: "The downturn in the economy, irrespective of a second wave, will have longer term ramifications, and this will require positivity and an extra-special effort to attract and complete work at affordable prices".

Businesses may feel that working from home could become a part of the new normal, Jim Wilson warns that "Leasing costs will be but one factor of costs that businesses need to review, if there is a prolonged recovery period from COVID-19: only time will tell".
