Chamber membership fees extended by 6 months
The Board of the Southern Chamber of Commerce extends its best wishes to those of you being affected during these challenging times. Many businesses are doing it tough, so now more than ever we need to support each other to get through the difficult months and even years ahead.
The Chamber has established a Covid-19 update page on its website https://www.sgc.org.au/blog/category/covid-19/ and another page with links to important resources https://www.sgc.org.au/blog/covid-19-update/
Any notifications and news we receive from Government and relevant Agencies will be passed on to our members as a matter of urgency to help you navigate the best course for your business.
Also, and as a result of the Chamber being unable to host any events until distancing laws are relaxed, it has been agreed by the Board to extend the membership of all members who were financial as of the 1st March 2020 by a further 6 months at no charge. This effectively means that if your membership falls due in say May 2020, the renewal will now be reset 6 months ahead to Nov 2020
The Board is always focussed on the Chamber providing excellent value to its members and it hopes that this measure will help in some small way when we start to see light at the end of the tunnel in the months ahead.
Please keep an eye out for updates and news from the Chamber and stay safe.
