New coffee table book showcases 'Our Border Region'

Local businesses lead by Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary have united to launch a FREE community book to promote the Southern Gold Coast Border Region. 

The official launch of the book 'Our Border Region' was held at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on Monday 21st September 2020 with the support of Hon Karen Andrews MP - Federal Member for McPherson, Laura Gerber MP - State Member for Currumbin and Councillor Gail O'Neill - Division 14.

50,000 copies of the book are now being delivered to homes and businesses in a region hard hit by border closures. 

“The book is a positive for businesses both sides of the border,” says David Lister from Headline Publishing. 

“The book is entirely funded by local sponsors with no cost to taxpayers and the response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive.”
