IT'S 12 PLAYS OF CHRISTMAS TIME!

Destination Gold Coast has partnered with the Gold Coast Bulletin and 92.5 Triple M Gold Coast to profile a handful of tourism operators and experiences on the Gold Coast, which will be spread out across a 12-day period. Kicking off today until the 12th of December, the 12 Plays of Christmas campaign encourages Gold Coast locals to give the gift of an experience this Christmas.

“The experiences on the Gold Coast are part of our DNA, its why people come to our destination. We have so much to offer whether it’s rainy or sunny, there are always fun experiences to do,” says Adrienne Readings, Chair of Destination Gold Coast.

Spread across radio, print, digital and social media, 12 Plays of Christmas highlights some of the incredible things to do on the Gold Coast this silly season and beyond with an array of special experiences, giveaways, and deals.

From a Breakfast with Koalas encounter at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to a private sunset sailing experience with Sailing in Paradise, this campaign is set to showcase what makes the Gold Coast the best place to live and travel to in Australia. Joining in on the Christmas spirit is Mayor Tom Tate who experienced an iFLY flight for the first time in celebration of the campaign. 

“I like to give things a go and iFLY is a fantastic experience. Anytime you can fly like a bird, it’s going to be good fun!” says Mayor Tate.
