TAFE Queensland launches new initiatives for Skills and Workforce Development
TAFE Queensland has new initiatives with regard to Skills and Workforce Development that are either free or low cost training, career profiling or consultancy services that TAFE Queensland or the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training will be offering to enable people to continue to develop their skills and make the most of learning opportunities (and the time they may now have to learn).

They also encourage you to register for one of TAFE Queensland’s Financial Resilience Workshops. The workshops are fully funded by the Queensland Government (Department of Employment, Small Business and Training), they only take an hour and a half, they are available online and have so far received really great feedback. Finally, as you have no doubt heard, the Australian Government is supporting small businesses to retain their apprentices and trainees by offering up to 50% wage subsidy of the apprentice’s or trainee’s wage. Click here for more information.
