Notice of Annual General Meeting

Saturday 8th February 2025

The Family of League Foundation’s Tweed Committee will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting at the Coolangatta Sands Hotel, 1 Griffith Street, Coolangatta commencing at 10.00am Qld Time [11.00am NSW Time] on Saturday 8th February 2025.

Members, including former members and other persons who wish to join as members, and anyone from the rugby league community are invited to attend.

All positions on the committee are open and nominations are called for from interested parties

Our current Tweed Committee is: President: Stephen Sim, Secretary: Tom Cassin, Treasurer: Graham Jackson, Wellbeing Officers: Andrew Cooke & Graham Jackson, Committee: Bill Gemmell, George Aprile, Anthony Gould, Ray DeBattista.

Tweed Committee was formed in August 2004 and, as it enters its 21st year we are desperately looking to add to our executive and committee numbers and are in need of new, younger, more energetic, community connected committee members, male and female, with fresh ideas and a wider range of contacts to enlist more members and sponsors to assist with continuing the Family of League’s terrific work. If you would be interested in becoming involved, please contact one of our committee members.

If you are interested, or know of someone who is interested, in joining the Tweed Family of League as we strive to continue to assist the men, women and children of the rugby league community, please let us know so we are able to make contact.

To be eligible to attend and vote at our AGM you must be a current member of the Family of League and will need to provide evidence of your current membership – eg your 2024 membership badge. If you are not a member you will be able to join before the meeting.
