Dale Mercer is a passionate entrepreneur and speaker and leads iSystemize International with product development, innovation and technology.
Dale is a recognized authority on business systemization using visual media and has presented to business people and franchise groups alike about the importance of upgrading their business systems to make them more user friendly to their organization.
From an early age, Dale had a passion for business and believes that business should be fun, exciting and permit the owner to enjoy a level of freedom however Dale recognized that business owners are anything but free. Dale met business coach and entrepreneur Wez Hone and together developed and pioneered a brand new industry of business systemization using visual media. As a result, iSystemize was born.

Ed Anderson B.A (Human Movement Studies), Grad DipEd (PDHPE)
The Heart of the Matter – The Impact of Health of Work Performance
Ed is a graduate of Human Movement Studies, a degree which has seen him work in High Schools as a PE teacher, for the country’s largest Outside School Hours Care provider as a state Manager and most recently as the QLD Government sector manager in the Corporate Health industry.
As the lead agent for all public sector organisations including all Government departments and Government Owned Corporations, Ed has overseen long running health programs with Energex, Ergon, the Port of Brisbane Corporation as well as the award winning “Pathways to Better Health” program for the Department of Public Works.
Ed has presented at numerous award functions, program launches and media events with Government agencies such as The Department of Public Works, Queensland Competition Authority, Public Service Commission and the Department of Infrastructure and Planning.
Ed is a dynamic speaker who uses his dry sense of humour and natural presence to engage his audience and bring his subject matter life.
Ed is married with 3 children and lives in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland. He enjoys Golf and triathlon and has an unhealthy passion for the Collingwood Football Club.
