Palm Beach, the jewel of the Gold Coast, is about to be catapulted into the future!

Gold Coast City Council has allocated a budget of approximately $2.5 million to upgrade the Palm Beach business area, between 4th and 8th Avenues and the beachfront and Cypress Avenue.

A number of local business people have already worked with Council and the Planning Consultants to come up with a Master Plan.

This is a great opportunity for local business to get involved, especially those who own property in the area and need to know how they can join this important journey.

The Planning Consultant appointed by the Council to develop the Master Plan is also working on Pavilions in Fifth Avenue which should ensure a seamless integration of design – so, the face of Palm Beach is about to change forever, while still retaining its amazing community atmosphere.
