A four-phase plan to the new normal - National Cabinet's COVID Response
On Friday 2 July 2021, Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that the National Cabinet have agreed to halve international arrivals and create a four-phase plan, aligned with vaccination targets (which are still to be determined by scientific modelling).
