This Queensland Small Business Month, the Crisafulli Government is delivering practical support and new opportunities for our small and family businesses to build resilience, embrace innovation, and unlock new opportunities.

As part of this, we’re hosting a range of events and activities across the month, including a Small and Family Business Expo on the Gold Coast on Thursday 21 May at Mercure Gold Coast Resort. This all-day event is designed to give local businesses access to the tools, resources, and connections they need to thrive.

The expo will include opportunities to connect with government, industry and local stakeholders, along with access to support services such as free mentoring and financial counselling, cybersecurity advice, Canva workshops and keynote presentations tailored specifically to small and family businesses.
